STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE) are mandatory and handled immediately by our carrier infrastructure.1Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service
By creating an account, accessing, or integrating with the Sendora Cloud Platform, developer REST APIs, carrier SMPP endpoints, or web-based management consoles (collectively, the "Service"), you ("Customer", "User", or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), operated by Sendora Global Technologies Ltd. ("Sendora", "we", "us", or "our").
If you represent an enterprise or legal entity, you certify that you have the full legal power and corporate authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Service immediately.
2Account Registration, Security & KYC Verification
To access SMS broadcasting and carrier dispatch capabilities, you must register a valid user account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and verifiable business information, including corporate name, operational phone number, and authorized contact email.
- Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your login credentials and developer REST API Keys. You are strictly responsible for all SMS traffic and carrier fees generated under your account credentials.
- Notify Sendora immediately at security@sendora.com if you suspect any unauthorized access, API key compromise, or abnormal dispatch traffic.
- Submit business verification documentation ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) when requested, in compliance with telecommunications regulatory authorities.
3Pay-As-You-Go Billing, Wallet Top-Ups & Carrier Rates
Sendora operates on a pure Pay-As-You-Go model. There are no mandatory monthly subscription locks or forced recurring lock-ins.
Wallets may be funded in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) or USD via authorized payment channels, including Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money), Paystack, and Flutterwave.
Credits are deducted in real-time upon carrier dispatch. In standard GSM 7-bit encoding, 1 SMS segment equals up to 160 characters. In Unicode/UCS-2 (special characters), 1 segment equals up to 70 characters. Long multi-part messages consume multiple carrier credits accordingly.
Once an SMS dispatch request is successfully accepted and submitted to downstream telecommunications carrier networks (e.g. MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo, and international tier-1 aggregators), telecom network termination costs are irrevocably incurred. Consumed credits are non-refundable regardless of recipient phone handset state (powered off, out of coverage, or inbox full). Unused wallet balances remain in your account and do not expire while your account is in good standing.
4Anti-Spam Policy & Strict Content Prohibitions
Telecommunications networks and national regulators mandate strict protection against unsolicited communications. You are strictly prohibited from transmitting message traffic involving:
Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy results in immediate account termination, blacklisting of sender IDs, forfeiture of remaining wallet credits, and referral to relevant cybercrime and telecommunications regulatory agencies (such as the NCA, NCC, or FTC).
5Recipient Consent & Mandatory Opt-Out Protocols
In compliance with global carrier guidelines (including CTIA, TCPA, and GDPR), you warrant and represent that:
- You have secured explicit, verifiable, affirmative opt-in consent from every recipient prior to initiating promotional or commercial SMS broadcasts.
- You will honor all unsubscribe requests immediately. Sendora provides built-in automated opt-out processing. When a recipient replies with standard keywords such as
STOP,UNSUBSCRIBE,CANCEL,END, orQUIT, our system automatically adds the phone number to your workspace suppression list and prevents further dispatches. - You will never manually override or clear suppression flags for recipients who have explicitly requested to opt out.
6Alphanumeric Sender ID Creation, Brand Ownership & Telecom Regulatory Terms
Under the Electronic Communications Act, 2008 (Act 775) and National Communications Authority (NCA) directives, the alphanumeric Sender ID displayed on a subscriber’s handset constitutes an official sender identity header. When creating, modifying, or broadcasting using an alphanumeric Sender ID on Sendora, you enter into a legally binding commitment and agree to the following terms:
6.1 Warranty of Brand Ownership & Written Authorization
You warrant and represent that any alphanumeric Sender ID entered into the platform corresponds strictly to your registered trademark, registered business name, or a corporate entity for which you hold explicit, verifiable written authorization to represent. You are strictly prohibited from creating or utilizing any Sender ID representing a third-party brand, individual, or entity without prior formal authorization.

- Character Length: Minimum of three (3) characters and a maximum of eleven (11) characters.
- Character Set: Alphanumeric characters only (A-Z, a-z, and digits 0-9). Spaces, punctuation marks, emojis, and special symbols are strictly disallowed.
- No Pure Digits: Numeric-only strings (e.g. mobile numbers or unassigned shortcodes) are strictly rejected to prevent Caller ID spoofing and shortcode bypass.
6.3 Strictly Prohibited Categories & Protected Names
You agree that you will never register or broadcast using any Sender ID that mimics, incorporates, or references:
- Mobile Network Operators & Mobile Money: MTN, MoMo, Telecel, Vodafone, AirtelTigo, AT Money, Vodafone Cash, or similar.

6.5 Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy & Law Enforcement Referral
Sendora operates an automated fraud detection engine. Any attempt to bypass filters, engage in smishing, impersonate protected institutions, or deceive recipients results in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of all prepaid wallet funds, and immediate forwarding of user audit trails, IP logs, and message transcripts to the Cyber Security Authority (CSA), Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), and the Ghana Police Service for criminal prosecution.
6.6 Right of Audit, Suspension, and Revocation
Sendora and connected telecommunications carrier operators reserve the unconditional right to audit, suspend, or revoke any custom Sender ID at any time without prior notice if flagged by automated security systems, carrier firewalls, or regulatory authorities.
7Carrier Routing, Failover & Service Availability
Sendora utilizes intelligent multi-carrier routing with automatic failover (incorporating Arkesel, Hubtel, MTN Direct, Telecel, and global tier-1 routes) to maximize delivery speed and success rates. While we strive for 99.9% uptime of our routing platform, you acknowledge that actual SMS delivery depends on third-party mobile network operators, radio frequency propagation, roaming gateways, and recipient handset conditions which are outside our immediate control.
8Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SENDORA GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR CARRIER PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REPUTATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REGULATORY FINES) RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SENDORA IN THE PRECEDING THREE (3) MONTHS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sendora against any claims, regulatory penalties, damages, and legal costs arising from any breach of your representations regarding recipient consent, anti-spam laws, or unauthorized message content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana and applicable international telecommunication conventions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith executive negotiation, and failing which, submitted to the competent commercial courts.
